Warranty
All parts as recorded are warranted as per manufacturer specifications.
One year Limited warranty on permitted work if parts are furnished by Capital Plumbing Contractors. Our company does not warrant customer supplied parts or material.
We do not warrant stoppage due to a break in the line or stoppage due to causes in common with other lines. No warranty on stoppage in a main sewer line without a video inspection. We do not warrant cleaning a commercial sewer or drain. There is no warranty on any problems that are caused by frozen pipes.
With respect to all work, the warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, alteration, misuse, ordinary wear, failure to follow directions, improper maintenance, existing code deficiencies or defective conditions at the premises, or an act of God.
Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages that may arise from any defective work.
This Limited Warranty is to the original consumer purchaser during the term of the warranty. This Limited Warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners.
Labor Guarantee
The labor charge as recorded here relative to the equipment serviced as noted, is guaranteed for a period of 30 days. We do not, of course, guarantee other parts than those we supply. If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately.
If repair commencement is authorized but completion is not authorized, a charge will be imposed for disassembly of completed work.
